Booking Terms & Conditions

RETREAT PACKAGE PAYMENT POLICY 

FindingME retreat package rates are listed in USD, per person. 

There are two ways to secure yourself a spot on our next retreat. 

  1. Pay the full retreat price at time of booking through our website.
  2. Make a $350 USD deposit at the time of booking through our website, after which you will receive a reminder email to complete the remaining payment balance 90 days before the commencement of the retreat, sent by email with a payment link to complete the full payment.

DEPOSIT:

A $350 USD  NON-REFUNDABLE payment will reserve your attendance spot during our FindingME retreat. (Please see cancellation policy)

REMAINING PAYMENT: 

Remaining payment of the full retreat cost is required by 90 days prior to the commencement of the retreat.  A courtesy reminder email will be sent. If the remaining payment is not received at least 90 days before the retreat start date, you will forfeit your $350 deposit.

Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard through STRIPE in USD OR SGD, as well as International Bank Transfer in USD or SGD. For credit card purchases there is a 5% online merchant processing fee for debit/credit card payments. We cannot accept any other currencies for bank transfers.

Please note, overseas bank transfers and credit card payments may attract additional international transaction fees that are not included in the retreat package price. You are responsible to pay all banking fees, so that the full payment amount of your retreat package rate is received. 

RETREAT CANCELLATION:

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things happen, so please be sure to take the time to read our booking terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy. Also, please feel free to contact us with any questions and concerns.

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your specifically reserved date of any FindingME retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. “You” refers to the guest booking a FindingME retreat. “We” refers to FindingME Retreats.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your booked retreat date, FindingME does not offer refunds of the original deposit ($350 USD). The remaining payment will not be refunded unless you meet the following criteria.

  • If you cancel 60 days or more before your package retreat start date, you forfeit the total of your payment.. 

Please note that any credit dollar amount from a cancellation will be applied to the retreats current rate at time of rebooking as accommodation prices change with the seasons.

Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early on your booked retreat package. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within 60 days before the retreat start date, or booking time, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance coverage is mandatory to attend a FindingME retreat. 

Simple medical assistance is costly overseas, so it is mandatory to have travel insurance to cover this should the need arise. 

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation. Most importantly, please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities that you will be engaging in on your FindingME retreat package. You are welcome to choose ANY international travel insurance provider. You will be required to send proof of insurance.

PRE-EXISTING CONDITION DISCLOSURE POLICY:

Please note, FindingME is not a medical or rehabilitation facility. If you have a pre-existing substance dependence, eating disorder, psychological (phobias, traumas) or significant medical conditions, FindingME does not offer any medical or psychological recovery or rehabilitation assistance for any of these conditions. We are a holistic wellness retreat offering natural therapies, experiences and support for general well-being. If you have a pre-existing condition that may affect your physical or mental experience on the retreat, or may affect your interactions with other guests or our team, we respectfully ask that you make us aware of this at the time of booking.

This is important so we can help assess if FindingME is right for you. If any pre-existing condition is not rereleased to us at booking, and later puts yourself, or others, in a situation of not being able to provide adequate care or alleviate discomfort, then we retain the right to cancel your retreat without providing a refund or credit; forfeiting all payment.
